Are your products for both men and women?

Yes! We carry both men’s and women’s hernia briefs. Our mini-belts are for either a man or a woman – along with our naval ( umbilical ) belts.

Can I avoid operation with these products?

Please note we are not a medical facility. All medical questions should be addressed to your trusted medical advisor. As long as you are not required to have surgery – our products can work for you!

Will this make my hernia go away completely?

There are no medical studies we have done to see if this will permanently keep your hernia from bulging back out; however, some customers have claimed this has happened. Most customers notice the more/longer you wear your hernia support, the less the hernia will bulge out. Please read our testimonials from our delighted customers!

Will my insurance pay for these products?

We are not a medical facility. Therefore we cannot collect insurance as payment. We strongly suggest you check with your insurance before placing your order solely based on that decision. Previous customers have been successful in being reimbursed once they submit their claim, but we cannot guarantee every insurance will do so.

When does the 10-Day Money Back Guarantee start?

The “10 Days“ starts when you receive the item. We can tell with the tracking number.
Please note: We do NOT refund shipping. Items for return/exchange must be in new condition. If damaged/soiled – you may not receive your refund back. We ask that you try our products over your undergarments for sanitation purposes.

How soon will I receive my product?

We are located in Cape Coral, FL. We generally ship out the same day when an order is placed before 5 pm Eastern Time on a weekday. No weekend shipping. Our shipping is generally through USPS Priority Mail. However, you have the option to change your method of shipping if you need it faster. Most mail will get to you within three business days if you are located in the United States. International shipping varies.
P.S – If there is a back order on one of our products/sizes (which can happen due to high demand) – we expedite your shipping at no extra cost once we receive it.

Can I wear the Hernia Briefs as underwear?

Absolutely! We think that will be the most comfortable. That’s why we strongly suggest owning more than one pair. However, you can wear this over your regular underwear, and it will still do its job correctly. Just be mindful not to wear loose-fitting underwear that may bunch up the fabric and cause any discomfort once the brief is on top.

Do you ever have sales, promotions, or discounts?

Yes! Once you are a customer, you will receive emails with discount codes, promotions, and sales for future orders. If you do not have an email address, that is ok!
